Public Access Eligibility


Any person who lives or works in the Town or Village of Ossining [Town of Ossining shall mean the unincorporated area of the town, the Village of Briarcliff is not included, as that village elected not to participate] which shall be the boundaries of eligibility, and/or is a student of the Ossining Union Free School District Number One, or individuals who provide pro-bono service for the residents of those municipal corporations.
Any membership organization, not for profit corporation, Church, School or other organization thateither is constituted within the municipal boundaries or provides pro-bono service for the residents of those municipal corporations.
Any business, corporation, professional service purveyor within the boundaries delineated above.
